What you will do:

• Support service users throughout their recovery journey using a supportive and empathetic approach.
• Manage a varied caseload effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support.
• Facilitate one-to-one counselling sessions and group therapy focused on harm reduction and recovery models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualised recovery plans for service users.
• Monitor and document service user progress, reviewing and adjusting recovery plans as required.

Requirements:

• An active DBS on the update service.
• Proven experience managing substance misuse cases, particularly involving drugs and alcohol.
• Excellent caseload management and keyworking skills.
• Strong understanding of harm reduction and recovery models.
