Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management and delivering successful placements.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process from initial engagement through to successful placement and aftercare
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Identifying new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking, referrals, job boards and social media
• Managing client relationships and understanding recruitment requirements
• Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
• Maintaining accurate candidate and client records using recruitment CRM systems
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Providing an excellent candidate and client experience throughout the recruitment journey

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant, Sales Consultant or Business Development professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, account management or business development
• A proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Confidence speaking with candidates and clients at all levels
• A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
• Resilience, ambition and a desire to progress your career
• The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
