What you will do:

- Deliver specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessments and interventions for autistic young adults aged 16-25 with complex needs, enhancing functional communication, independence, and life skills
- Develop, implement, and review personalised therapy programmes aligned with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), focusing on transition into adulthood and further education pathways
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support teams to integrate communication strategies across educational, vocational, and social settings
- Provide training, coaching, and specialist advice to staff, fostering an inclusive communication environment and positive engagement
- Partake in multidisciplinary planning, progress reports, and transition assistance, aiming at independence and community participation

Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered to ensure high professional standards
- A valid driving licence is necessary to reach various locations within Worcester
