What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families to identify risks and strengths, ensuring that safeguarding plans are effective and achieve positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with families, other professionals, and agencies to provide holistic support tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
- Manage a dynamic caseload, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of practice and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, providing expert knowledge and insights to contribute to well-informed decision-making for safeguarding vulnerable individuals.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting in line with legal and organisational guidelines to maintain transparency and accountability in all interventions.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work and current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable frontline experience within UK social services as a qualified Social Worker, particularly in a safeguarding capacity, ensuring you are well-equipped to handle complex cases.
