What you will do:

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree or equivalent in social work and maintain current Social Work England registration.
  • Possess significant frontline experience in Children's Services, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
  • Exhibit recent managerial experience, characterized by proven leadership skills within a social work team.
