What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Children's Safeguarding team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee the assessment, planning, and intervention processes, promoting best practices in safeguarding children.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with partners and stakeholders to ensure integrated and coordinated support for children and families.
- Supervise and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Monitor and report on service performance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and frameworks.
Requirements for the Team Manager:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Demonstrable recent managerial experience in roles such as Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Extensive frontline experience in Children's Services within a Team Manager capacity, showcasing your ability to lead and inspire.
