What you will do:

• Contribute to service transformation projects, supporting the design and implementation of new ways of working

• Provide practice expertise, ensuring that changes are aligned with statutory requirements and best practice

• Support pilot programmes and innovation initiatives, evaluating impact and outcomes

• Undertake targeted casework or audits to inform service improvements

Person Specification:

• Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent)

  • Evidence of continued professional development

• Registration and Compliance:

  • Registered with Social Work England

  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks (e.g., Children Act 1989/2004 or Care Act 2014 depending on service area)

  • Enhanced DBS clearance
