What you will do

• Manage a caseload of children and families within the Families First framework, including Unaccompanied Asylum‑Seeking Children (UASC).
• Undertake statutory assessments and planning to promote safety, stability, and positive outcomes.
• Provide direct support to children and families, ensuring culturally informed and child‑centred practice.
• Complete age assessments, needs assessments, and pathway planning for UASC where required.
• Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners including education, health, legal services, and immigration services.
• Prepare high‑quality reports and contribute to planning meetings, reviews, and decision‑making forums.
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with statutory guidance and local authority standards.
