What You Will Do:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of family needs, risks, and strengths
- Develop and implement tailored care and support plans
- Work directly with children and families to deliver intervention and support

- Contribute to team meetings, supervision, and professional development activities
- Provide guidance and informal support to less experienced practitioners
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Significant experience in children’s services or family support work
- Strong assessment, safeguarding, and intervention skills
- Ability to work at an advanced practitioner level, supporting others in practice
