Implement the CYJ service principles: 'child first, trauma informed and restorative'
Oversee the supervision and management of children, especially those at high risk
Engage in thorough assessment, intervention planning, and execution of sentences
Provide informed advice to Courts, ensuring safety and allocation of resources
Collaborate with families and carers, ensuring child safety and compliance
Adhere to Lancashire Children’s Safeguarding Assurance Partnership policies

Candidates must hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You should be able to attend the offices in Burnley and/or Preston at least 3 days per week. Flexibility is key, as schedules may require adaptation to cover various needs like staff absences or sudden workload changes.
