What you will do
- Manage complex cases within the Support and Protect pathway, focusing on safeguarding and risk reduction.
- Complete statutory assessments, including Child Protection and Child in Need work, in line with legislation.
- Undertake direct work with children and families to address harm and promote long‑term safety.
- Prepare high‑quality reports for conferences, strategy meetings, and court proceedings.
- Contribute to multi‑agency planning alongside health, education, and police partners.
- Maintain accurate, timely case records and ensure compliance with statutory guidance.
- Support best practice and quality outcomes through reflective, child‑centred social work.
