What You Will Do:

• Manage a complex caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding and care planning interventions
• Conduct assessments and develop robust, child-focused care plans
• Work closely with families and professionals to promote safety and positive outcomes
• Attend and contribute to case conferences, reviews, and strategy meetings
• Build strong partnerships with external agencies to coordinate services effectively
• Maintain accurate, timely, and legally compliant case records
• Provide support and guidance to families to encourage positive change

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Significant experience in safeguarding and care planning (children’s services)
• Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks and safeguarding legislation
• Excellent assessment, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage high-risk and complex caseloads
