What you will do:

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to assess and manage safeguarding concerns within the community.
• Provide advice, guidance, and support to children, families, and vulnerable adults to protect them from harm.
• Develop personalised care and protection plans in partnership with other service providers.
• Monitor and review cases to ensure effectiveness and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Record and report on cases clearly and accurately using local authority systems.
