What you will do:

• Provide social work services to children with disabilities and their families, assessing their needs and creating tailored intervention plans.
• Manage complex caseloads related to child in need plans, child protection plans, care proceedings, and cared for children.
• Collaborate closely with families, adhering to family-led planning and restorative practice principles to achieve the best outcomes for children.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams, attending meetings and contributing to safeguarding issues and service improvements.
• Ensure records and documentation are maintained accurately and promptly.
