What you will do:
- Collaborate within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub to assess referrals and determine necessary interventions.
- Evaluate the needs of children and families, ensuring that the most appropriate support services are accessed.
- Liaise with external partners—including health, education, and law enforcement—to facilitate information sharing and joint decision-making.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
- Advocate on behalf of children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and best interests prioritized.
