What you will do:
- Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and carers to promote independence and wellbeing through a person-centred approach.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of adults with learning disabilities.
- Implement measures to safeguard vulnerable adults by assessing risks and taking appropriate action in compliance with statutory duties and best practice.
- Apply social work principles and values to guide professional practice, ensuring respect and diversity are upheld.
- Comply with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant statutory frameworks while maintaining high professional standards.
- Monitor and review care and support packages, ensuring adjustments are made as needed and all statutory review requirements are fulfilled.
