We are thrilled to offer an excellent opportunity for a Band 5 Community Registered General Nurse to join a LiveWell placement, working three days a week at Tavistock Community Nursing in Plymouth. For a commitment of just two months, you can earn £21.00 hourly while making a tangible difference in the community. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 22.5 hours weekly, from 08.30 to 17.00. This pivotal role involves working with LiveWell Southwest to provide invaluable community nursing services to housebound adults in Tavistock and West Devon.

What you will do:
- Deliver expert nursing care for individuals with long-term conditions, focusing on fostering their independence.
- Provide specialized palliative care and wound management to housebound patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.
- Support the implementation of personalized care plans for adults registered with a GP in the Tavistock and West Devon area.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of community nursing services.
