What you will do:
- Undertake assessments and provide support within the Fostering and Connected Persons Team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with foster carers and connected persons.
- Prepare reports, attend panels, and present cases in professional meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to foster carers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Facilitate training and development sessions for foster carers.
- Participate in continuous development plans and contribute to the improvement of the service.
