What you will do:

• Caseload Management: Manage complex cases including Section 17, Section 47, and care proceedings

• Assessments & Planning: Undertake statutory assessments and care planning in line with legislation

• Court Work: Prepare and present reports and statements for PLO and care proceedings

• Safeguarding: Lead and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding processes

Person Specification:

• Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent) with continued professional development

• Registration & Compliance: Registered with Social Work England with strong legislative knowledge and Enhanced DBS clearance
