What you will do:

Caseload Management: Manage children and families under Section 17 and Section 47 plans
Assessments: Conduct assessments, risk evaluations, and care planning in line with legislation
Safeguarding: Lead and contribute to strategy discussions, conferences, and core group meetings
Care Planning: Develop and implement child-centred plans to reduce risk and improve outcomes

Person Specification:

Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent) with ongoing professional development
Registration & Compliance: Registered with Social Work England with knowledge of key legislation and Enhanced DBS clearance
