Caseload Management: Manage complex cases including Section 17 and Section 47 work
Assessments & Planning: Undertake statutory assessments and care planning in line with legislation
Leadership: Provide mentoring and support to less experienced social workers
Safeguarding: Lead and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding processes

Person Specification:

Qualifications: Degree in Social Work (BA/MA or equivalent) with ongoing professional development
Registration & Compliance: Registered with Social Work England with strong knowledge of legislation and Enhanced DBS clearance
