What you will do:
- Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to assess and address the unique needs of children with disabilities
- Develop and implement care plans to support the wellbeing and development of children
- Advocate for children’s rights and ensure their voices are heard in the care process
- Manage caseloads effectively, ensuring timely interventions and compliance with relevant legislation
- Provide guidance and support to families, helping them navigate available resources and services
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Extensive frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified social worker
- Strong commitment to improving outcomes for children with disabilities and their families
