What you will do:
- Conduct thorough OT assessments in both Medicine and Trauma & Orthopaedics settings.
- Provide tailored equipment for patient rehabilitation.
- Lead effective discharge planning, ensuring patients receive optimal post-care support.
- Engage in board rounds, collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Successful registration with the HCPC is essential.
- A full driving licence is necessary to facilitate smooth transitions between facilities and patient locations.
