Job Title: Social Worker – Adults Hospital Discharge Team in Manchester, earning £30 hourly. Full-time locum position for 3 months.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our hospital discharge team at Wythenshawe Hospital in South Manchester as a qualified social worker. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and timely discharge of patients from both Wythenshawe Hospital and Trafford General back to their homes or into 24-hour care settings.
