About the Role

As Social Work Team Manager, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to a team of social workers and ASYEs, ensuring high-quality statutory assessments and interventions for children in need. You will oversee complex caseloads, provide professional expertise, and maintain strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and external agencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of social workers and ASYEs to deliver excellent social work services.

  • Allocate and oversee complex caseloads, ensuring statutory compliance and high-quality practice.

  • Provide coaching, supervision, and professional development opportunities for team members.

  • Foster positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and partner agencies.
