Band 6 Social Worker within Adults CMHT Team in Greater Manchester (UK) - £26 Hourly.
An incredible opportunity has opened up for a Band 6 Social Worker with experience in Adult Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) in Greater Manchester. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £26 and is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. We need you to start ASAP, with the end date set for October 2026.

What you will do:
- Engage in comprehensive assessments of service users within the Adult CMHT, developing care plans to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care for individuals with mental health issues.
- Offer professional support and guidance to service users and their families, ensuring they have the information they need.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organisational policies.
- Participate actively in meetings and case conferences, contributing valuable insights and recommendations for care management.
As a successful candidate, you will have a relevant professional qualification as a Social Worker. Prior experience within Adult Community Mental Health Teams and specific knowledge of mental health services is essential.
