What you will do:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations within the MASH, ensuring high-quality service
- Supervise and support team members to effectively safeguard vulnerable individuals
- Collaborate with multiple agencies to enhance information sharing and decision making
- Implement and monitor performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement
- Engage with stakeholders, including families, children, and adults, to foster positive outcomes
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to safeguarding policies
- Conduct case audits and provide constructive feedback to your team
- Develop strategies to improve service delivery and reflect best practices

Requirements of the Assistant Team Manager:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England
- Significant recent managerial experience, having worked as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager
- Extensive frontline experience in Adults or Children’s Services, particularly in a managerial role
