What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals and families to ensure they receive the most appropriate support and services.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including health professionals, educators, and law enforcement, to provide comprehensive care.
- Manage and prioritise your own caseload effectively, ensuring timely intervention and support are provided.

Requirements:
You must be registered with Social Work England and hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work. UK-qualified experience working as a Social Worker is essential to hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment.
