What you will do:

- Coordinate and oversee timely assessments of contacts and referrals regarding children and families
- Provide operational leadership and decision-making support around risk and safeguarding
- Ensure effective screening and analysis of information received from partner agencies such as police, health, and education
- Collaborate closely with the Team Manager and multi-agency partners, fostering a cooperative approach to safeguarding
- Ensure statutory responsibilities are met in line with local procedures and national safeguarding standards
