Salary: £39.04 per hour
Contract: Minimum 6 months, Full Time/Part Time
Office Requirement: Kingston office, 3 days per week

This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of three years’ post-qualifying experience in a local authority setting. If you qualified after September 2012, completion of the ASYE is required. What you will do

• Conduct assessments and develop care plans to meet the needs of looked after children.

• Act as a key worker, providing consistent support to children and their families.

• Coordinate with multi-agency teams, including healthcare and education professionals, to deliver holistic care.

• Advocate for children’s needs in meetings and reviews, ensuring their voices are heard.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and reports to support departmental objectives.

• Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting best practices and high-quality social work.
