What You Will Do

Assess and treat patients within an acute physical setting, delivering exceptional care with compassion and clinical expertise.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to devise and implement personalised treatment plans that meet each patient’s needs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory and professional standards.
Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and reflective practice.
Provide education, guidance, and support to patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in an acute physical environment, ideally within a fast-paced setting.
Full HCPC registration.
A valid driver’s licence is advantageous for added flexibility across locations.
