What you will do:

- Undertake comprehensive assessments and sophisticated interventions addressing the Children Act 1989 and Children Act 2004 within the Family Help Hub.
- Drive and lead initiatives for children in need, child protection, and early help cases, making well-judged decisions on risk, thresholds, and fitting interventions.
- Deliver invaluable supervision, guidance, and mentoring to junior staff and support workers.
- Collaborate seamlessly with partner agencies such as schools, police, and health services to ensure a cohesive working atmosphere.
- Chair or actively contribute to multi-agency meetings and case conferences. Vigilantly manage safeguarding concerns in alignment with statutory obligations.
- Keep meticulous case records and rigorously maintain compliance with Ofsted standards to uphold the highest quality of service.
