This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Intermediate Care Physiotherapist to join a dynamic service in Walsall. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality physiotherapy interventions that support recovery, rehabilitation, and independence within community settings.

What you will do

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to manage a varied and complex caseload.
• Deliver physiotherapy interventions across all intermediate care pathways, including reablement, rapid response, and rehabilitation beds.
• Support complex clinical decision‑making and rehabilitation planning.
• Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred care within community environments.
• Travel across community settings to deliver timely and effective physiotherapy services.

Requirements

• Registered Physiotherapist with the HCPC.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary and rehabilitation settings.
• Community experience is highly advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
