What you will do

  • Undertake and oversee complex, high-risk and specialist parenting and family assessments within ECAS, ensuring that every assessment is child-focused, analytical, and compliant with statutory and court timelines.
  • Produce and quality assure detailed, evidence-based reports that stand up to judicial scrutiny, ensuring clear analysis and defendable recommendations.
  • Present written and oral evidence to the Family Court, effectively handling cross-examination and judicial challenges as needed.
  • Advocate for the voice, experience, and welfare of the child to be a central theme in all assessments and analyses.
