What you will do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and create robust support plans
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide holistic safeguarding and support
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring all files and documentation are up-to-date and in line with relevant guidelines and regulations
• Provide mentoring and guidance to less experienced social workers within the team
