What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and create tailored care plans.

Requirements:
- Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel between patient sites.
- HCPC registration is required.
- Proven experience working within the NHS and specifically in mental health settings.
