This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Equipment & Adaptations Team in Wolverhampton. The role is ideal for practitioners who enjoy delivering practical solutions that promote independence and improve quality of life through appropriate equipment and adaptations.

What you will do

  • Assess individual needs and recommend suitable equipment and adaptation solutions within home and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with other health and social care professionals to implement tailored intervention plans.
  • Provide clear advice and guidance to service users and families on the safe and effective use of equipment.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping using Eclipse or similar case management systems.
  • Maintain compliance with HCPC standards, legislation, and local authority procedures.
  • Travel across Wolverhampton to complete assessments and follow-up visits as required.
