What you will do:

• Lead and manage your team of enthusiastic social workers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and reflective practice.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage team performance, inspiring staff to excel in their roles.

• Provide professional advice and allocate cases effectively for positive outcomes.

Essential experience:

• Proven experience in managing and/or supervising child care social workers with demonstrated results of successful practices and good outcomes for children.
• Experience in delivering reflective supervision that positively impacts practice and results.

Special conditions:

• Ability to work beyond regular office hours when necessary.
• Registration as a social worker with the HCPC.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure required prior to employment and every three years thereafter.
