An exciting opportunity is available for an Experienced Recovery Coordinator to join a Substance Misuse Service in Warwickshire on a locum basis for an initial 3-month contract. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting individuals affected by substance misuse while working within a supportive and fast-paced service.

What You Will Do:

Manage a caseload of clients, completing comprehensive assessments and tailored recovery plans.

Deliver specialist support to individuals experiencing substance misuse, including those with complex needs.

Provide recognised psychosocial interventions through one-to-one key work, POD sessions, and group work.

Carry out clinical and harm minimisation interventions, including brief interventions.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams while also managing responsibilities independently.

Maintain accurate records and keep up to date with current best practice and service standards.
Requirements:

DBS on the Update Service is required for this role.

Previous experience within substance misuse services is essential.
