What you will do:

- Provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals related to attendance, fitness for work, and OH advice requests.
- Deliver professional, comprehensive, and evidence-based written reports.
- Offer expert advice on legislative requirements and best practices in occupational health.
- Conduct fitness medicals and health surveillance following industry standards and company policies.
- Evaluate medicals and surveillance results, ensuring correct fitness advice is communicated, and escalating clinical issues as necessary.
- Maintain valid registration with the NMC and comply with guidelines regarding professional issues, clinical supervision, and continuous learning.
- Be proficient in health services such as Spirometry, Audiometry, General Medicals, Case Management, and Fitness for role assessments.

What we are looking for:

We seek a Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health Degree/Diploma. You should have excellent time management and attention to detail, with strong written and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders. Understanding your own competence and knowing when to seek support to ensure safe practice is crucial. Confidence with IT systems and knowledge of data protection and confidentiality principles in occupational health are essential. Prior experience in delivering case management and OH advice will set you apart.
