What you will do:

• Manage housing applications and maintain accurate records of applicants ensuring all information is up to date
• Conduct property inspections and liaise with tenants landlords and contractors to address and resolve any housing-related issues
• Provide guidance and advice to tenants regarding their housing options and legal responsibilities
• Assist in the development and implementation of housing policies and procedures to improve service delivery and tenant satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with other council departments community groups and external agencies to address local housing needs and enhance community engagement
• Investigate and respond to complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner enhancing community trust and satisfaction
