What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of EHC needs, annual reviews, and amendments efficiently.
- Coordinate advice from education, health, and social care professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
- Draft and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in alignment with the SEND Code of Practice, ensuring every plan is thorough and actionable.
- Uphold statutory timescales and maintain accurate case records, ensuring precision in documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for families, schools, and partner agencies, providing them with expert guidance and support.
- Participate in and contribute to multi-agency meetings as required, ensuring cohesive service delivery.

Essential experience:

- Robust experience in SEND/EHCP casework, allowing you to apply best practices daily.
- Deep knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory processes, ensuring adherence to all guidelines.
- Capacity to manage a high-volume caseload while efficiently meeting deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing skills to facilitate effective interaction and documentation.
- Proficiency in using the EHM (Liquid Logic) database and Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel, enhancing operational efficiency.
