Consultant Addictions Psychiatrist within Addictions in Reading UK earning £100 Per Hour UmbrellaHourly. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Consultant Addictions Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in Reading for a three-month locum position. The role is part-time, covering 22.5 hours across three days a week, providing vital support to those overcoming addiction. As the Clinical Lead, you'll offer leadership and expert advice while ensuring the highest quality service for all service users.

What you will do:

• Conduct specialist clinics and assess individuals to deliver evidence-based treatments.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop and review personalised treatment plans.
• Perform regular reviews to monitor patient progress and liaise with other professionals for holistic care.
• Provide specialist prescribing assessments and initiate appropriate treatment plans for substance-dependent individuals.
• Participate as an integral part of the management team, maintaining high clinical standards and service improvements.
• Represent the organisation in various professional meetings to further enhance treatment services.
• Provide education and guidance to fellow clinical staff and supervise prescribing practices in the service.
