We have a fantastic opportunity for a Community Registered General Nurse to join our 0–19 Public Health Nursing Service in Swindon. This ongoing full-time role offers the chance to deliver vital care and support to children, young people, and families. The position is based at the Civic Offices, Euclid Street, SN1 2JH, with an attractive hourly rate of £25.21 through an umbrella company.

What you will do:
- Deliver dedicated community nursing support to children, young people, and families aged 0–19.
- Engage with the Healthy Child Programme and adhere to safeguarding procedures.
- Manage a delegated caseload and effectively prioritise your workload.
- Foster strong relationships with families, professionals, and partner agencies.
- Participate in multi-agency meetings to contribute to collaborative working.
- Support and oversee non-registered staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
- Uphold NMC standards consistently demonstrating professional accountability.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with active NMC registration.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and community/public health practice.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
