Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to patients within the Neuro, Stroke and General Medicine departments focusing on rehabilitation and patient recovery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring comprehensive and holistic care for patients.
Provide education and support to patients families and carers to aid in recovery and improve quality of life.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records ensuring compliance with industry standards.

HCPC registration is required for this position
