What you will do

Assess and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring patient-centred care and tailored treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to offer holistic care and optimised patient outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and students, fostering a collaborative learning atmosphere.
Engage actively in audits, service improvement initiatives, and apply evidence-based practice to continuously enhance patient care.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently to maintain accurate patient records and adhere to quality standards.

Responsibilities and general duties

Minimum 3 years of experience in an NHS setting required.
Competent in moving and handling, BLS, SystmOne, with readiness for on-call duties.
Experience in supervising and developing junior members of staff and students.
Proven involvement in audits, service improvement, and evidence-based practice.
HCPC registration is essential.
A valid driver's licence is necessary to attend multiple sites and home visits as needed.
