What you will do:
- Assess, diagnose, and implement tailored Speech and Language Therapy plans for children in mainstream educational settings.
- Provide both direct and consultative therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and caregivers to support each child’s development.
- Keep detailed records and documentation to track progress and adapt therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a comprehensive approach to each child's care.
Requirements:
- Must be registered as a Speech and Language Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A valid driving licence is essential as the role involves travel between schools and clinics on the island.
