What You Will Do:
- Deliver high-quality neonatal nursing care within the Neonatal Unit
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for newborns
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development
- Communicate with families, providing guidance and reassurance
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with policies
