• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored interventions on the Medicine Escalation Ward.
• Evaluate and provide necessary equipment to support patient independence and rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement effective discharge planning to ensure safe and timely transitions.
• Participate in board rounds to coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure high standards of occupational therapy practice are upheld, complying with applicable regulations.
