What you will do

• Assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Manage an independent MSK caseload with autonomy.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to each patient.
• Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes.
• Manage patients with persistent musculoskeletal pain and escalate red flags as needed.
• Create and maintain detailed patient-centred treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate clinical records and documentation are up-to-date.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support and optimise patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
• HCPC registration.
• Minimum 2 years NHS experience required.
• Previous and recent experience in MSK Physiotherapy.
• Ability to independently assess and manage MSK conditions effectively.
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Experience managing an independent caseload efficiently.

Desirable requirements

• Experience supporting return-to-work programmes.
• Vocational rehabilitation experience.
• Training in behaviour change techniques and motivational interviewing.
